2. Categories of personal data

The following categories are processed through this website:

• Identity: full name.
• Contact: work email address.
• Professional experience: company name, job title.
• Customer transaction: expected usage volume, use-case description.
• Transaction security: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp.

3. Purposes

Data is processed to contact you regarding the early access programme, to sequence invitations, to plan the product roadmap against requested workloads, and to protect the form against automated abuse.

4. Legal grounds

Identity, contact, professional and transaction data are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Art. 5/1. Transaction security data is processed under the controller’s legitimate interest, KVKK Art. 5/2-(f).

5. Method of collection

Data is collected directly from you, electronically, through the early access form on this website, by means that are not wholly automated.

6. Transfers

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties inside or outside Turkey. It is hosted on servers located within Turkey. Disclosure may occur only in response to a lawful request from an authorised public authority.

7. Retention

Early access records are retained for 12 months following the public launch of the service, or destroyed earlier upon your deletion request. Transaction security records are deleted after 90 days.

8. Your rights (Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller you may exercise the rights to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7.
• Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred.
• Object to a result produced against you by analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send requests to kvkk@llmnow.ai, or in writing to the postal address above, in the form required by the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest. If a request is refused you retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
