Who we are

LLMnow.ai is operated by GTM Teknoloji Bilişim ve Otomasyon Sistemleri. In the terminology of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) we are the data controller for the data described here.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the site:

• Early access form: name, work email, company, role, expected usage volume, and the free-text description of what you are building.
• Technical records: IP address, browser user agent, referring page and timestamp, recorded with each form submission to prevent abuse.
• Session cookie: a single functional cookie used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.

Why we use it

Form data is used to contact you about early access to LLMnow.ai, to decide the order in which invitations are sent, and to understand what workloads the platform needs to support. Technical records are used only to detect and block automated abuse of the form.

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Legal basis

For the form we rely on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submission. For abuse-prevention records we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Who sees it

Access is limited to LLMnow.ai staff who need it to respond to you. The website and its database run on servers located in Turkey. We do not transfer early access form data abroad.

We use no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website.

How long we keep it

Early access records are kept until the public launch of the service plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention records are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us whether we process your data, request a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets one functional cookie for form security. It contains no identifier that we use to track you across sites, and it is deleted when the session expires. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookie is set.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will also be sent by email.
