Pre-launch status

The LLMnow platform is in private beta. Descriptions of capabilities, model availability, performance figures and prices on this site describe the service as planned at launch. They are indicative, may change, and are not an offer or a binding commitment.

Performance figures such as time-to-first-token and throughput are targets measured under specified conditions. Actual figures depend on model, prompt length, concurrency and network path.

Early access requests

Submitting the early access form does not create a contract and does not entitle you to access. We decide which requests to invite and in what order, at our discretion. Information you submit must be accurate and must be yours to submit.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, submit automated or bulk form entries, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the site in a way that degrades it for others.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email security@llmnow.ai before disclosing it elsewhere. We will respond and, where appropriate, credit you.

Intellectual property

The LLMnow.ai name, logo, site design, text and code are ours or used under licence. Third-party model names are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced for identification only; their appearance here does not imply endorsement.

Third-party model licences

Open-weight models served on the platform carry their own licences. When the API opens, the applicable licence terms for each model are published alongside it and your use of that model is subject to them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
